Your scope of responsibilities:

  • Implementation of tasks related to procurement, including pre-qualification, negotiations with suppliers, preparation of contracts and management of tenders,
  • Coordination of procurement processes in various categories (main expenditures in technical and infrastructure areas, supply chain, key services, marketing and others),
  • Conducting negotiations and cooperation with suppliers to maximize benefits,
  • Developing a local procurement strategy – managing the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of orders in the organization,
  • Cooperation with representatives of other departments to determine their needs in terms of strategic products and services,
  • Substantive assessment of contracts,
  • Cooperation and support of the European and China team (strategic projects),
  • Market monitoring, trend analysis, understanding costs and cost models,
  • Management of the allocated budget,
  •  Reporting of key performance indicators.

Employer requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a plastic molding company,
  • Higher education, preferred fields: Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) or/and German
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques,
  • Experience in project management,
  • Communication skills and assertiveness,
  • Focus on achieving goals,
  • Category B driving license,
  • High personal culture,
  • Professionalism in building relationships with contractors.
